My family and I had an absolutely incredible stay at this hotel! The rooms were beautifully furnished and extremely clean, and we loved having a kettle and selection of tea and tisane in our rooms. The underground parking space was a huge plus, and the short walk into the city center was perfect for exploring. We were also thrilled with how close the hotel was to bars and restaurants. The staff were beyond helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. We had a comfortable bed and the breakfast selection was great, even though the dining table could only accommodate a few guests at a time. our experience at this hotel was mind-blowing and we would definitely stay here again!

Feris, the owner was very helpful in helping us to plan the highlights to seeing during our stay in Grenada.. The hotel was with in walking distance of the bus to LaAlhambra and it was nice that they offered free access to a computer. We were very pleased, especially with the location and the warm, helpful service of the management.
I would recommend that you email Feris to give you directions to the hotel if you are driving because he can give simpler directions, and it is a little difficult to find, although we were able to with the internet directions without too much trouble.

The staff is really great! They spoke several languages and were always willing to help out with directions, advice, or even in booking reservations for tours and other events.
The superior room really didn't seem all that superior. Unless you're unusually fond of four-post beds you don't really get all that much more for the extra money.

Loved exploring the diverse geography of the area and enjoyed the convenience of private parking. The social lounge with complimentary coffee was a nice touch.
Who needs soundproofing or accessible mini bars anyway? It's all about the experience, right?

Views of indescribable beauty: From the room, I had stunning views of the white slopes of the Albaycin, the towers of the Alhambra, the Valparaiso valley, and the River Darro. It felt like being in a painting.
Ground floor room: It was a bit cramped and made it difficult to get out of bed without disturbing the other person.

The reception staff was excellent and provided information on the tourist sights, how to get to them by bus, and with really useful local knowledge. Everyone at the reception desk spoke good English and was willing to listen to our bad Spanish and always wanted to help us with our needs. They helped us with obtaining our tickets to the Alhambra and bus. There's free tea and coffee available at any time in a small comfortable lounge downstairs with free internet access in the rooms as well in the lounge. A free snack breakfast is offered early in the morning in the lounge. It is an easy walk into the center of Granada and several good restaurants are also in walking distance. Our room had a small minibar and several markets are nearby where you can buy drinks and snacks. The hotel is on a quiet side street and away from most traffic noise.
There was a strange non-functional metal rod protruding from the wall in the bathroom next to the toilet that could cause an injury in our room. May have once been for the toilet tissue as there was no hanger available and the roll was left on the tank top.

The room I stayed in at Hotel Boutique Reina Mora was absolutely amazing! It was spacious and had a large bath, which made me feel like I was pampering myself like a queen. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was fully furnished with a great shower. I loved every minute of my stay!
Honestly, there wasn't anything I didn't like about the room. It was perfect for my needs and exceeded my expectations.

We stayed at this charming hotel for 2 nights while exploring the area. Our superior room on the higher floors had a small roof terrace and was very clean. The hotel is conveniently located near an underground carpark, which made parking easy. The staff were polite and helpful, and the breakfast had a good selection. The wifi was also reliable. it was a pleasant and comfortable stay at this economical hotel.
Couldn't recommend more this hotel.

Lovely little hotel. Very clean. Staff was very helpful and let us stay at the parkade a little after 12 at noon.
Rooms are relatively small. Be careful when you walk out of the hotel. You will be walking right onto the street. Luckily it is not a busy street.

The hotel's decoration was simply charming, with a warm and cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The general areas were beautifully adorned with traditional Spanish accents, creating a sense of elegance and authenticity. As a senior woman, I truly appreciated the hotel's accessibility. The staff was always ready to assist me with any needs, and the hotel had convenient amenities, such as elevators and handrails, which made it easy for me to move around comfortably.
The only thing I would ask for to make the vacation even better for senior people is a more attentive staff. While the children working there were polite and helpful, I believe a greater emphasis on providing personalized service to older guests would enhance their experience.

I liked the friendly and informative staff and both the rooms I stayed in were lovely.
It would be perfect if there was a good cafe for breakfasts nearby.
